As a community-based organisation, the majority of our products are made in limited-edition runs. This is due to donated fabric availability, our made-to-order on-site workroom, and the production runs of our global social enterprise partners. Keep these points in mind when planning your Christmas shopping with us:
1. Order early!
This will ensure that your first choice is available, and that we can make it for you in time for Christmas. Many of our products are one-offs and limited edition, so several will sell out in the coming weeks!
Early ordering also ensures enough time to complete the exchange process, if your initial selection isn't quite right.
2. Use our garment measurements and fit advice
We very much believe in choosing the size that best suits your shape and preferred fit (even if it's a different size to what you usually wear). To best simulate the in-store experience, all our online listings include garment measurements, and style-specific fit advice (eg. whether a garment is designed for an oversized look).
Whether you're buying for yourself or someone else, it's a great idea to compare our garment measurements to a piece of clothing that fits the intended recipient well.
When in doubt - get in touch! We're here to help, via phone or email.
3. Add a note when checking out
Want us to wrap two items together, ready for gifting? How about adding a personalised note, and sending your gift directly to the recipient? Just leave a note when you check out, and we'll be sure to follow your instructions.
4. Keep in touch on social media
We regularly update Facebook and Instagram, and they're our go-to platforms to announce when sold out styles are available again, or when new one-off items drop online. Follow us to hear all the news first.
