The Social Outfit’s primary focus is to remove barriers to employment and training for refugee and new migrant women. The nature of our integrated model as a social enterprise and charity enables us to broaden our impact by using our brand platform and public events to positively influence public discourse about refugees in Australia.

Events such as student showcases, graduations and collection launches give us the opportunity to connect our refugee staff and students with wider Sydney communities and to positively influence public discourse through story-sharing and dialogue about issues affecting refugees.
