Retail Training Program
In your first Australian job you'll gain paid retail work experience and customer service skills in The Social Outfit's fashion store in Newtown, Sydney.
Learn all things retail and customer service in our Retail Training and Work Readiness Program for young refugee women (18-29 years).

Interviews for program selection: 1 October 2026
Program start: 9 October 2026
Program finish: 19 December 2026.
Program includes: Weekly Mentoring each Friday morning 9-11am
One paid shift each week - Friday or Saturday
