Pinafore Dress - Storyteller

Ethically made in small quantities at our studio in Newtown, Australia.

Enter the Storyteller printed Pinafore, or as we call it around here 'summer in a dress'. Our Pinafore, adorned in our bold Storyteller community print, has adjustable straps and a relaxed fit that allows for tops, shirts & knits to fit comfortably underneath and styled effortlessly.

DESIGN: Relaxed fit classic pinafore, with gentle A-line shape that falls below the knees and comes equipped with a pair of patch pockets. Features metallic D-rings which make the straps adjustable.

PRINT: The Social Outfit’s 10th Birthday Screenprint, Storyteller, celebrates the voices of young students from both Birrong Girls High School and Bossley Park High School. This project was a collaboration between The Social Outfit and Story Factory. Izzy Parker was assisted by Sonya Price-Kelly and Chatchakonrak Promchan to facilitate creative art and clay workshops around the theme of Free to Fashion. The artwork from these workshops was then developed into a screen print by Artist Clementine Barnes. 

Each season we collaborate with artists, designers and our community to create prints exclusive to The Social Outfit. Please note that print placement may vary, as we cut our garments to reduce fabric wastage.
